*To ensure that you ship your watch to us in the safest way possible if you are applying for exchange

Print out your shipping label provided by us sent to you by Email
You need two new and durable boxes. We recommend double boxing for insurance purposes
Pack your watch along with all accessories (stickers, tags, warranty card, etc.), the original box and papers into the first box
Please use bubble wrap in order to secure the watch inside the box and out
Pack the box into the larger one to ensure double boxing
Tape the box well
Please have the printed label and other agreed documents ready for collection along with the box
Schedule a pick-up or drop your package off at an authorized shipping facility

We deliver our Products to all internationally allover the world as well as locally in UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party express courier.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 2-3 working days and from 10 – 15 working Days to Other Countries. Delivery Fees will be estimated and mentioned in every deal as a special case, and will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
